My father Moustapha KHALIL, who was born in Côte d'Ivoire, has always been sensitive to the well-being of Ivorians. Through a number of social initiatives, he wanted to contribute to improving the living conditions of his contemporaries, particularly in terms of education and schooling for children.
In 2003, he built the Lycée Moderne Ahmed Khalil in his hometown of Daloa, 400 kilometers from Abidjan, bearing his father's name. He then donated it to the State of Côte d'Ivoire.
Today, the school welcomes and trains over 3,000 students, from grades 6 to 12.
In order to continue and develop his charitable works, in 2015 we created the Moustapha Ahmed Khalil Foundation, which undertakes various social actions in the education and training of Ivorian youth.
The Foundation's main objectives are to monitor, develop and maintain the Lycée Ahmed Khalil de Daloa. In recent years, the Foundation has contributed to the construction of twenty new classrooms, a computer room, a library, an infirmary and a refectory/canteen. It has also provided each of these spaces with all the equipment necessary to ensure the best possible education for the pupils.
The Foundation also awards scholarships to deserving students at the Lycée Moustapha Ahmed Khalil.
This type of incentive is also available to the children of employees of Eurofind Group companies.
Finally, the Moustapha Ahmed Khalil Foundation contributes to the creation, development and equipping of higher education and university establishments, and also participates in numerous educational and cultural projects in Côte d'Ivoire.
Through this initiative, our family wishes to pursue my father's vision, which is to support children and young people in Côte d'Ivoire in their education and to contribute to improving their scholastic environment.
